1. Acceptance
These Terms govern your use of the MyCases product (the “Service”) provided by the MyCases service operator identified in the applicable order, invoice, or service agreement. By using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility and Account
You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Team plans may invite additional members; each member remains subject to these Terms.
3. Acceptable Use
- Do not attempt to circumvent rate limits, quotas, or authentication controls.
- Do not scrape or resell public USCIS data beyond your own case tracking use.
- Do not upload content you do not have the right to submit.
- Do not use the Service to harass, defraud, or harm any person.
4. Public USCIS Data
The Service surfaces status information publicly available from USCIS on your behalf. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by USCIS or any government agency. Official written USCIS notices always control over anything shown in the Service.
5. Subscription, Trials, and Quotas
Paid plans, trial windows, active case caps, and other quotas are as described on the Pricing page. Prices and quotas are those actually configured in the product; if this page conflicts with the plan catalog in the product, the product catalog controls.
Subscriptions renew until cancelled. You can cancel or downgrade at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.
6. User Content
You retain ownership of the case, beneficiary, and document information you submit. You grant us the limited license required to store, process, and display that content to you and your team, and to operate the Service.
7. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party services (payments, notifications, AI, hosting). Their availability and terms are outside our control.
8. No Legal Advice, No Outcome Guarantee
Nothing in the Service is legal advice. We do not predict adjudication timelines and do not guarantee that any notification will arrive, be timely, or match a specific USCIS outcome. Use official USCIS channels and licensed legal counsel for those decisions.
9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the MyCases service operator identified in the applicable order, invoice, or service agreement disclaims all implied warranties and shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, revenue, or goodwill.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material violation of these Terms or to protect the Service, our users, or third parties.
11. Governing Law and Disputes
Governing law and dispute-resolution venue are those set out in the applicable order, invoice, or service agreement between you and the Service Operator.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-product and/or through the contact channels you have configured. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
