MyCases Desktop for Windows
A lightweight desktop app that watches your USCIS cases in the background and lets you look up receipts without opening a browser.
Signed-in desktop users now get the same global monitoring-frequency control as the web app — Smart schedule plus 6 hours, 12 hours, daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, semiannual, and annual — because the desktop app hosts the official MyCases UI. Also includes the corrected interview status wording: a USCIS status update date is not the interview appointment date; the date, time, and location come from the notice USCIS mails you.

This build is not yet code-signed, so Windows SmartScreen may show a warning the first time you run it. Click “More info” and then “Run anyway” to continue. Code signing is planned for a later release.
- Guest mode: without signing in, you can look up a single USCIS receipt at a time — nothing is saved to your account.
- Sign in with the same MyCases account to unlock the full case workbench, folders, notifications, and history sync.
- The desktop pet assistant is off by default. You can enable it any time from the app’s tray menu.
For your safety, always download the installer directly from mycases.us. Do not trust copies hosted on third-party sites.
