The card has been printed and is waiting to be handed to USPS. The physical document now exists with your details, photograph and validity dates on it; only logistics remain.

Normally a few days before the status changes to mailed; batches that fall over a weekend or holiday can take slightly longer, which is not a problem signal.

Keep the address valid and make sure your mailbox can receive mail that may require a signature. Watch for a USPS tracking number in the next status. When the card arrives, check the name, category, validity dates and photo immediately and report any printing error to USCIS; replacements for USCIS errors are usually issued without a new fee.
